We are growing our business in Finland and are looking for Sales Associates. Our sales team is responsible for merchant partner acquisition and expanding our platform to new potential operational areas in Finland.
Day-to-day you will own and manage all stages of your sales funnel from establishing first contact to negotiating commercial terms, and closing. You will be contacting and negotiating with small-medium businesses over the phone, email and face-to-face all over the country. Additionally, you’ll be helping our Sales Managers with ad hoc tasks. Your manager will provide training and coaching, and we expect that high-performing Sales Associates will follow a career path to become Sales Managers or Account Managers over time. Previous experience in sales is preferred, but your motivation and interest in learning sales is most important!

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and handling both inbound and outbound SMB sales (both restaurant and retail)
  • Negotiating commercial terms with merchant owners, creating and sending contracts, and helping the merchant partner comply with specific document requirements at signing.
  • Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships.
  • Assisting the team with other ad-hoc tasks
