• Conducting sales through website, phone and social media
• Maintaining customer relations
• Answering customer inquiries
• Following up on sales
• Encouraging repeat business
• Upselling products on existing sales
• Managing inventory and keeping stock tidy
• Packing orders with great detail and care
• Printing and labeling delivery details accurately
• Contacting logistics for pick up and following up with delivery until end point
• Packing and labeling stock for stockists
• Being knowledgeable about products descriptions, uses, origin and make.
