The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Maintaining customer relations
- Answering customer inquiries
- Following up on sales
- Encouraging repeat business
- Upselling products on existing sales
- Managing inventory and keeping stock tidy
- Packing orders with great detail and care
- Printing and labeling delivery details accurately
- Contacting logistics for pick up and following up with delivery until end point

- Being knowledgeable about products descriptions, uses, origin and make.
