We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to sell our services to prospective and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell the company’s services to new and existing clients Understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly Conduct consultations, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term growth Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery Attend networking events, trade shows, or webinars to generate leads and brand awareness Qualifications: Proven experience in service-based sales (e.g., recruitment, consulting, training, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand client pain points and offer effective solutions Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM platforms and online communication tools Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred: Experience in B2B service industries Familiarity with solution-based or consultative selling approaches
