ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of LUCA FALONI. You will play a key role in welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and delivering a personalized, luxury-level service. You will work in a refined and collaborative environment that values product knowledge, professionalism, and authenticity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through personalized service
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate brand values
• Support daily store operations, including stock handling and visual merchandising
• Ensure the store is always immaculately presented
• Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients
