We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. SKILLS

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for enhancing customer interactions. ( French and English is mandatory )
• Experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, with an understanding of technical products.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone professionally.
