Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to promote NOK HC services. - Conduct sales calls, follow up on leads, and maintain consistent communication with prospects. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and customer feedback to the BD team. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience. - Contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. - Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (B2C) or CS. - Previous experience in HR services, outsourcing, or similar industries is a plus. Skills: - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Confident in handling customer inquiries and closing sales. - Good persuasion abilities and customer-oriented mindset. - Advanced Microsoft Office & CRM software skills. - Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. - Target-driven with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
