JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Back Office (SBO) Team supports Philips’ Sales Departments in Italy. The team makes sure that orders are compliant with contracts and prepares a package of documents for further booking. SBO is responsible as well for the preparation of official letters and statements which are shared with partners for example for tender purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Contract Management team in day-to-day operations, with a particular emphasis on tendering processes.
  • Utilize SAP and other relevant tools to efficiently manage both standard and non-standard orders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales personnel, Account Managers, and Marketing teams, to facilitate the preparation and submission of tender documents,
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, implementing Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the SBO function.
