Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Sales BDC Manager to join our team. As the BDC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for our dealership's internet and phone customers, ensuring that they receive a world-class car buying experience. Your duties will include: Responsibilities: - Managing a team of BDC representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets - Responding to internet and phone leads in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our dealership's products and services - Ensuring compliance with all dealership policies and procedures - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers - Participating in training and process development sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge - Maintain a positive relationship between the BDC team, sales teams, and dealership management - Track customer interactions daily utlizing the dealership CRM tool Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Sales Management or BDC management required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-term disability, AD&D and Life Insurance Paid Time Off and 401k with Company match Competitive compensation package Employee discounts on Vehicle Purchase, Parts, Service and More!
