JOB SUMMARY

The Party Sales Assistant is responsible for managing party bookings using Salesforce, assisting with marketing efforts,
and providing exceptional customer service to create thrilling and memorable party experiences. This role requires
comfort with cold calling, handling telesales, and working closely with the team to bring fresh, exciting ideas to life.
Saturday availability is essential for this role.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., ManyChat).
  • Background in telesales or customer service is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and handle busy environments.

Desired Qualifications (Advantageous)

  • Marketing or event planning experience.
  • First Aid certification.
