WEFIX, a leading provider of comprehensive maintenance, fit-out, and renovation services in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative with a background in the fit-out and renovation industry. This role is crucial to driving our business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable with reaching out towards the leads, and then working on them to convert to business.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits and initiate B2B outreach to identify potential clients, especially in the commercial, renovation, AC Installation and maintenance.
  • Make use of the company internal database to reach out to potential clients to generate sales.
  • Utilize various lead generation methods, including market research, cold calling, and networking, specifically targeting commercial, renovation, AC Installation and maintenance projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial, renovation, AC Installation and maintenance.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, including accurate quotations, tailored to company products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI’s assigned accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, deals closed, and sales pipeline and present monthly reports.
  • Clearly communicate the technical features and benefits of company services to potential customers, aligning them with their specific needs.
  • Understand the requirements of clients through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate documentation, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Establish rapport with key decision-makers in B2B scenarios, particularly in the commercial, renovation, AC Installation and maintenance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the fitout and renovation market to effectively communicate value to clients.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in the commercial, renovation, AC Installation and maintenance industry.
  • Results-oriented with experience of how to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and aggressive in pursuing sales opportunities, with a relentless drive to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of commercial, renovation, AC Installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • UAE driving license is required.
