OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to lead our business development efforts, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales and business development, with a focus on sales in the technology sector. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs will be essential in identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales/business development experience in industrial, aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
  • Established network within the Canadian and U.S. aerospace sector is highly valued.
Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development with aerospace, satellite, and nuclear industry OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead customer engagement through outreach, RFQs, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and production teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits.
  • Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership.
