POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales / Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in driving Catapult Global?s revenue growth. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the Casino Gaming industry, while expanding into adjacent markets such as amusement, kiosks, fintech, and automated retail.
As the voice of the customer, you will lead planning, set annual sales forecasts, and identify solutions that address customer challenges. You will collaborate across internal engineering, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery, while also guiding an assigned support team consisting of Account Management, Project Management, and Sales Administration resources.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (experience in casino gaming, amusement, kiosks, fintech, or automated retail preferred).
  • Proven track record of ?hunting? and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong background in selling, sourcing, or procurement of electro-mechanical products (experience may also include designing components).
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain engineered product solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Effective decision-making, organizational, and time management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of industry contacts.
  • Experience selling or sourcing products internationally.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and problem-solving techniques.
  • Familiarity with adjacent markets such as amusement, kiosks, fintech, or automated retail

Responsibilities
  • Achieve year-over-year sales growth by developing new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, operators, and component manufacturers.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and solutions that address customer needs and business challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across engineering, procurement, and product development functions.
  • Lead and provide direction to assigned AM, PM, and SA team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Meet with customers regularly to review goals, opportunities, and desired outcomes; host customer visits and represent Catapult Global at trade shows and industry events.
  • Negotiate with customers to win new business and contribute to pricing strategies, proposals, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish project timelines, coordinate milestones, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools; prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership.
  • Submit proposed revenue and expense budgets; manage expenses and travel within approved corporate guidelines.
  • Support corporate strategy and provide communication and guidance to management teams as required.
