We are a project management and staffing solutions company serving the engineering, construction, and technology sectors. We help clients with scheduling, project controls, staffing, and workforce solutions. We are seeking motivated Sales & Business Development Associates who can drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and consistently set meetings with interested clients. This is a W2 role with fixed weekly pay — no commission, no draw, no 1099.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience, including cold calling.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable handling objections and rejection.
  • Experience qualifying leads through research and direct outreach.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Must thrive in a remote, deliverable-driven environment.
  • Reside in a no-income-tax state (FL, TX, SD, TN, WY, WA, NV, AK, NH).

Responsibilities
  • Outbound B2B Cold Calling: Make ~50 calls per day to decision-makers in engineering, construction, technology, and government sectors.
  • Lead Qualification: Research prospects online and qualify leads during calls to confirm fit and interest.
  • Meeting Generation: Deliver at least 2 qualified client meetings per week for senior leadership.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and pipeline progression.
  • Handle Rejection & Persistence: Professionally manage objections, rejections, and gatekeepers while staying focused on weekly goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share feedback on lead quality and outreach strategy for process refinement.
