REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidate (Indîan nationality preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in accounting, finance, ERP, or software solutions.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and accounting processes is a strong advantage.
• Highly persuasive communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to engage decision-makers.
• Spouse visa or sponsored visa holders may be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The SAAS based ERP is a premium Accounting, Tax, and Compliance Management ERP designed for entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs. We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated female Sales & Business Development Executive with a strong background in accounting, finance, and B2B sales.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for building relationships, an ability to confidently present solutions to decision-makers, and a proven track record of closing sales under tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, approach, and onboard local businesses in the UAE.
• Present and demonstrate the ERP’s accounting and tax management features effectively to business owners and finance teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
• Work with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets within defined timelines.
