To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development Executive who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to expanding our client base.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (experience in the events, hospitality, or tech industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and client management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • prior sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Educate potential clients about our platform, offerings, and value proposition.
  • Support client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and successful venue listings on the platform.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Track, report, and analyse sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve team targets and business objectives.
