JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • This role involves providing exceptional customer care and achieving sales goals and expected to take on higher responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager.
  • Should be well trained to be able to give effective sales presentations and build rewarding relationships with customers.
  • Involve promoting customer loyalty and giving each customer the best service, they have ever got.
  • Responsible for actively promoting the sales of interior fit out and maintenance.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Follow-up on new Projects / business opportunities coming-up covering the entire UAE market.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline for all construction projects.
  • Must identify, develop and maintain relationships with Client, Consultants & Contractors to pursue sales leads.
  • To work towards the achievement of sound, sustainable and exponential growth in business with a view to retain the position of a market leader in the relevant segment.
  • To identify key influencers and decision-makers amongst the customers and develop an action plan to further strengthen the relationships.
  • To be able to read and understand architectural drawings / installation instructions, as required for the job.
  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
  • To understand the price structures clearly and correctly in order to be able to bid / offer to outplay the competition while simultaneously meeting the gross profit expectations of the company.
  • To possess the ability to resolve all issues and problems faced by the customers and to deal with their complaints and suggestions in a manner to retain the customers trust and loyalty.
  • To prepare and submit regular reports on the progress achieved in the sales and marketing effort.
  • Strong ability to frequently provide customers with relevant information and keep them fully informed always
  • Strong ability to apply additional effort to ensure company goals are achieved.
  • Possess exceptional self-motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • To play the role of a responsible contact between the customer and the company’s internal support teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma , with a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in the UAE in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within fit out and interior design projects.
  • Strong client relationship skills and project acquisition background.
  • Target-driven, with a network in the UAE market.
  • Excellent command of the English both written and spoken, Speaking Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
