Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling digital services to US businesses. This role combines strategic account development with hands-on cold calling to build a robust pipeline and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across various US industries
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers
  • Create customized proposals and service packages based on client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures

Cold Calling & Outreach

  • Execute strategic cold calling campaigns targeting US businesses
  • Qualify leads and identify key pain points in prospects’ digital presence
  • Follow up on marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and convert to sales opportunities
  • Maintain consistent daily calling activity and pipeline development
  • Utilize multiple touchpoints including email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach

Account Management

  • Manage existing client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any service-related concerns
  • Develop long-term partnerships for recurring business

Technical Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of web design, development, and digital marketing concepts
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and mobile app development
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical decision-makers
  • Knowledge of common business challenges that digital solutions address

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral or US accent preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities
