As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team.
Role Overview: As the Business Development and Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business in the IT industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. You will also lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, market research, and strategic planning.
· Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to expand the company’s market presence.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Ownership for all RFI, RFQs and RFPs
Must have technology industry contacts to convert your networking into sales.
2. Sales Management:
· Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
· Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
· Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and challenges.
· Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive sales and secure long-term partnerships.
· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of projects and timely delivery of solutions.
· Proactively address client concerns and provide effective solutions to maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the IT industry, with at least [8] years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Base Salary $125,000 + Commission 5-10% + Recurring Revenue (To be discuss, case by case) + International travel expenses for business meeting and conferences
