ENGISOFT Engineering is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development executive to join our team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is fluent in Arabic and has a strong background in business development, particularly within the Engineering & Construction sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote our educational programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the educational sector.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and expand our reach within the community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
• Represent the institute at networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities.
• Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
• Ensure that all activities align with the institute’s mission and values.
