Your role: open doors, build relationships, and create opportunities. Once you get us in, our seasoned leadership team will partner with you to advance and close deals. What You’ll Do Prospect and secure new accounts across oil, gas, chemicals, and industrial markets Engage senior decision-makers and create qualified opportunities Collaborate with leadership to advance deals through the sales cycle Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities Report on progress toward growth targets What We’re Looking For Proven track record in business development or sales within professional services/consulting Familiarity with (or strong network in) oil, gas, chemicals, and industrial markets True hunter mentality: persistent, resourceful, and results-driven Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence Ability to work independently (remote) or collaborate locally in Houston Compensation Uncapped, performance-driven earning potential Primarily commission-based, with potential for a base + commission structure Rewards success: the more opportunities you create, the more you earn Why This Role?
