About the Product We are launching a B2B–B2G software product for Table-Top Exercises for Emergency Preparedness targeting a wide range of organizations and companies. Location Greece (with travel as required, in Greece and Europe) Hybrid: Work from home, with field work The Role We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Business Development Executive to lead the commercial rollout of our software product, starting with local authorities in Greece (municipalities, prefectures, civil protection etc.) and gradually expanding to other relevant organizations. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and door opening to pitching, site visits, proposal preparation, and deal closing. You will work with decision-makers across different organizational types while helping shape how the product is positioned across markets. This role is ideal for someone who wants responsibility early, is comfortable operating independently, likes to participate in the management decisions regarding sales and aims to grow into a broader sales leadership role. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Actively perform outbound lead generation and relationship building Open doors with relevant stakeholders across operational, managerial, and technical functions Qualify opportunities and manage a structured sales pipeline Software Sales Execution Present and demo a software-based solution to diverse audiences Conduct online and on-site product presentations and meetings Organize and conduct site visits where required Prepare commercial proposals and support procurement or tender processes (with internal support) Lead negotiations and close deals Maintain disciplined follow-up and long-term relationship management Market Development & Feedback Help refine messaging for different types of organizations, while keeping a strong initial focus on municipalities Provide structured feedback on market needs, buying processes, and objections Support the evolution of sales materials as new customer segments are addressed Growth & Leadership (Future) Take increasing responsibility as sales grow Support onboarding and mentoring of future sales hires Progress into a Sales Manager role based on performance and leadership potential Professional Experience 3–4 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales Experience selling software or technology-based solutions Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles Exposure to public-sector organizations or regulated industries is a strong plus Skills & Knowledge Solid understanding of B2B software sales and value-based selling Comfortable with self-driven lead generation and cold outreach Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholder profiles Structured approach to pipeline management and follow-up Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Economics, or Management Public Administration, Political Science, or International Relations Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or a comparable field A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or similar) is a plus Languages Fluent Greek (mandatory) Fluent English (mandatory) Personal Attributes Ambitious and motivated to grow into a leadership role Comfortable operating in early-stage and evolving environments Curious about technology and complex organizational needs Professional, credible, and persistent Key role in the launch of a new B2B/B2G software product High autonomy and direct impact on company growth Competitive compensation Private Health Insurance, “unlimited time-off” scheme Clear path to Sales Manager
