Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms and direct business development.

Identify and approach potential customers requiring storage and warehousing solutions.

Develop relationships with SMEs, traders, e-commerce businesses, logistics companies, movers and other potential clients.

Conduct client visits and explain storage solutions and pricing.

Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and convert enquiries into paying customers.

Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain a database of leads and provide regular sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Sales/business development experience in the UAE.

Experience in self-storage, warehousing, logistics, moving, freight forwarding, 3PL or related industries is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently.

UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Good knowledge of the Dubai market.

Excellent English communication skills.

Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam/Arabic will be an advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
