Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

ENEFT is currently offering an opportunity to candidates to join our Applied Solutions Sales team in Melbourne based in Kensington VIC as a Sales/Business Development Executive. This is an exciting role which would suit someone who is a people-person with natural sales and customer service skills. The ideal candidate would be seeking a long-term career, will positively contribute to the organization and have wholesales experience, preferably in Solar, Battery or Heat Pumps. Reporting to the Managing Director , you will be responsible for developing sales strategies to executing plans to achieve business development targets and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Increase sales volume, market share and profitability targets.
  • Generate leads/quotations/orders/sales.
  • Create new sales opportunities through research, lead generation and cold calling.
  • Promote product portfolio & services.
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service to clients and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for key contacts and clients (CRM)
  • Attend client visits, industry events, trade shows and conferences.
  • Create awareness across ENEFT product such as Heat Pump and RAC as well as Solar Batteries brand we promote within targeted customer groups.
  • Engage, develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and existing national key accounts based in VIC.
  • Build a strong working relationship internal with all sales teams to provide a creative solution to both internal and external customer needs.
  • Mandarin Speaking will be plus
