REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Background in ISO certification, SIA ACS, COP 119, or other compliance/accreditation services outside ISO is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
  • Good understanding of the UK business landscape.
  • Must be willing to work on-site (not a remote role).
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The role is focused on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across our compliance and technology services including ISO certifications, SIA ACS, COP 119, other compliance/accreditation schemes, and software solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in the UK market.
  • Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Present Tritact’s services effectively to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
