Job Description: As a Sales / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Highly organised with effective time management abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Research and analyse potential markets, industries, and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall company revenue growth.
  • Analyse sales data to develop effective business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on progress, performance, and any issues or opportunities.
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
