We are looking for an organized Sales/ Business development executive to assist in promoting & selling our company’s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in various industries. The Sales Executive shall represent the company’s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. You will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

SALES/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of Proven work experience in Sales / Business development (preferably in Building Minerals industry).
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed.

PREFER CANDIDATES EXPERIENCED IN ANY OF BELOW-MENTIONED INDUSTRIES:

• Sales role in Construction Building materials such as Cement, Plaster of Paris, Paint adhesives, wall putties, etc.
• Sales role in Bulk Raw materials/ Minerals (such as Mainly Gypsum, Limestone etc) For Cement Industries.
• Sales role in Industrial chemicals Industry dealing in products such as Salt, Soda ash, Caustic soda etc.

• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research on rival products.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
