Leukeather is an authentic material made from the region’s flora. Its distinctive pattern occurs naturally, celebrating the character and beauty of the region without artificial embossing. We are creating a locally made material for the global design industry.We are a small, founder-led team based in the UAE. Our material is being introduced to hotels, property developments, architects and interior design studios across the Gulf.

We are looking for someone who can help us reach more designers who share our design ethos and build meaningful relationships with them.

• What you'll actually doYour role is to identify the people who select and specify materials, including interior designers, architects, hotel groups and developers, and help us get Leukeather samples into their hands.You will:Research and build targeted client lists across the region
• Identify the right decision-makers within architecture and interior design firms
• Manage our client database and keep it genuinely accurate and up to date
• Write and send thoughtful, personalised outreach emails
• Coordinate sample deliveries and track every sample sent
• Follow up consistently with everyone who receives our material
• Arrange meetings with the people responsible for material specification
• Keep clear notes on every interaction and next step

You will have clear outreach and meeting targets, which we will agree on together when you start.

• How we’ll measure your progress (KPIs)20 qualified target accounts per week
• 10 follow-ups per week
• 1 decision-maker meeting per week
• Coordinate the delivery of 25 sample boxes per month.
• 100% of leads, samples and next actions recorded in CRM
• Weekly pipeline update with the founder
