MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. The Sales Intern will assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales strategies, market research, and customer service.
You will also get a chance to be part of preparation of response for large Government tenders in terms of compliance documents, tender sheets etc.
You will be working with the Commercial leader for ASEAN and will get to learn the nuances of Sales and Business development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demand Generation – Prospecting & Generating new leads/opportunities/ tenders; you will be closely collaborating with the Marketing organization on the same
  • Get an exposure to sales analytics like pipeline movement, forecasting etc.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations.
  • Generating new client leads as well as increasing the number of new customer visits to our Lighting Application Center.
  • Prepare and distribute marketing and sales materials such as brochures and presentations.
  • Participating in Sales pitches and client meetings.
  • Conduct and analyze market research to identify sales opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to monitor sales progress, adapt sales strategies, and track results.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide input on potential sales techniques.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data input, scheduling, and order processing.
  • Keeping track of customer information and sales records in C4C.
  • Participate in sales events and promotional activities.
