About Us:
We are a luxury interior design firm specializing in high-end private villas and commercial projects. We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base in the luxury villa segment and commercial project.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the luxury real estate and design industries, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury villa segment and commercial projects
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the luxury interior design or real estate industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Strong network in the luxury real estate and design industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving license with private car (essential for client meetings and site visits)
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the luxury interior design and real estate markets
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
What We Offer:
- Salary: AED 6,000 - 8,000 per month (depending on experience)
