QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, express courier, and supply chain solutions.
  • Established network of clients within UAE/GCC markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • High level of initiative, persistence, and resilience.
  • Multilingual proficiency (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog/Malayalam is an advantage).
