The Sales & Business Development Manager will lead and drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage key client relationships within the frozen foods sector. This role focuses on expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and building strategic partnerships across domestic and international markets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+years of sales and business development experience, preferably in frozen foods or FMCG.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics, export markets, and frozen food industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including B2B, B2C, and export markets.
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue growth.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients.
  • Explore partnerships with distributors, retailers, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) channels.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide tailored solutions and product offerings based on client needs.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to align sales with operational capacity.
  • Coordinate with export and procurement teams for supply chain and delivery schedules.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
  • Analyze sales data to measure performance against KPIs.
