We’re seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Manager who can confidently manage existing client relationships while also generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a healthy mix of account management and proactive outreach—but without the broader strategic responsibilities of a Market Development Manager. What You’ll Do · Prospect and secure new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and follow-up. · Identify potential customers, industries, and product use opportunities. · Manage and grow existing accounts with excellent service and timely responses. · Recommend custom solutions and prepare quotes/specifications for customers. · Close deals across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. · Maintain accurate CRM records and a healthy sales pipeline. · Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity expectations. Requirements What You Bring · 2+ years of B2B or industrial sales experience with demonstrated success in both account management and new business development. · Strong prospecting skills and an initiative-taking, self-starting approach. · Ability to understand and sell customizable/technical products. · Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. · Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). · Reliable transportation for occasional local visits.
