JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell crude oil cleaning agents and related chemical solutions to clients in the oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical industries. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and strong relationship management skills to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION & TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
· Knowledge of oilfield chemicals, crude oil cleaning processes, and environmental compliance standards.
EXPERIENCE
· 3–7 years of proven sales/business development experience in oilfield chemicals, industrial cleaning agents, or related products.
· Established client network within oil & gas operators, refineries, petrochemical plants, or service providers is highly desirable.
SKILLS
· Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Ability to understand client technical challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and reporting abilities with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international if required).
· Valid UAE/GCC driving license (for roles based in the region).
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities with oil & gas companies, refineries, and contractors.
· Promote and sell crude oil cleaning agents, providing technical support and consultation to clients.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and field trials when required.
· Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.

· Ensure compliance with all HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements during product promotion and field visits.
