Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an ambitious professional with deep industry expertise or recruitment experience? This is an opportunity to engage with C-suite executives and Director-level clients within the market for public (PSEC) or private sectors.
You will lead high-value client search campaigns, foster strong relationships, and collaborate with senior consultants across HR, Finance, Technology, and Construction & Property recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers
  • Managing high-value client search campaigns for leadership roles
  • Sourcing and recruiting elite professionals for strategic placements
  • Collaborating with RPO/MSP teams and specialist consultants to drive efficiency
  • Driving business development, leveraging leadership placements for wider opportunities
  • Contributing to a high-performing, growth-focused team
