Your tasks

• Conducting strategy and consulting meetings with qualified prospects from website inquiries, events, our network and sales.
• Development of individual e-commerce strategies based on the goals and requirements of potential customers
• Presentation of our service portfolio and development of customized solution concepts
• Responsibility for the entire sales process – from initial contact to successful handover to the project team
• Identification of new market potential and development of innovative business development initiatives
• Analysis, optimization and standardization of existing sales processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Close collaboration with marketing, e-commerce management and other departments to optimize the customer journey
• Maintenance, evaluation and documentation of all sales-relevant information in the CRM system
