What you’ll be doing

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Acquire new business across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, and logistics sectors. Drive high-value opportunities in last mile, same-day, express, and bulk transport.
  • Business Development Strategy: Map market segments, develop territory plans, and execute targeted campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. Deliver presentations, conduct site visits, and ensure exceptional onboarding and retention.
  • Tender & Proposal Management: Lead RFQ/RFT responses, develop pricing models, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, and provide feedback for product and operational improvements.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline management and provide regular performance updates.
  • Leadership: Mentor and support junior sales representatives.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience in logistics, transport, or last mile delivery
  • Strong understanding of delivery models (same-day, express, reverse logistics, on-demand)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of fleet operations, driver networks, and routing technologies
