Description

We are hiring a results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, market expansion, and building strong client relationships. KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of managerial experience in the UAE.
  • At least 3 consecutive years of employment in previous roles.
  • 3–5 years of experience working within the UAE market, with a thorough understanding of local business practices and trends.
  • Maximum of 3 years in outdoor sales roles.
  • Holds a valid UAE driving license.
  • Arabic nationality preferred, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
