Responsibilities
  • Managing the sales process through strong relationships, opportunity qualification, business analysis, negotiations and closures.
  • Identification and generation of opportunities with strong business development acumen.
  • Acquisition of new clients and managing a client portfolio with the responsibility to grow numbers year on year.
  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date Account Plans with clear articulation of current status, target and progress.
  • Managing pipeline to drive sales revenues and exceed targeted goals.
  • Consistently achieving defined quotas by bringing value for new customers and offering more solutions to existing customers.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts.
  • Leveraging extended resources through effective collaboration.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the territory, marketplace and competitive offerings.
  • Using effective time and territory management skills to maximise results.
  • Preparing and delivering timely and accurate pipeline and sales forecasts.
  • Sharing knowledge and be an active team player whilst demonstrating ownership of your goals and objectives
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
  • Updating and maintaining the Salesforce CRM with leads and other data for timely reporting.
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers to maintain trust and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
