POSITION SUMMARY

Process Curiosity is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our reach and strengthen our partnerships with museums, science centers, and attractions across the country. This role blends strategic sales with thought leadership—building relationships, amplifying our presence at industry conferences, and shaping proposals that embody our vision for immersive, human-centered experiences.
The ideal candidate brings both industry knowledge and curiosity, with the ability to connect our expertise in design and fabrication to the aspirations of our clients. This role is not about transactional selling—it’s about building long-term partnerships that transform how communities experience science, play, and culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or partnerships in museums, cultural institutions, attractions, or related design/fabrication sectors.
  • Knowledge of the museum and attractions ecosystem, with established networks preferred.
  • Skilled communicator and storyteller, able to inspire trust and enthusiasm across varied audiences.
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills; able to convey complex design/fabrication processes in accessible terms.
  • Organized, collaborative, and driven by curiosity and outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design management, or related field—or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Drive Process Curiosity’s business growth through strategic outreach, partnerships, and opportunity development.
  • Represent the firm at key industry gatherings (ASTC, AAM, IAAPA, etc.), building visibility and cultivating meaningful client relationships.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations, translating client goals and our creative approach into persuasive narratives.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, reporting on progress and helping shape firmwide growth strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between client vision and our internal teams, ensuring clarity of goals and alignment of outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends, funding opportunities, and shifts in museum and attractions markets to guide proactive positioning.
