As we scale our operations, we seek a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to accelerate growth, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver long-term commercial success.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE.
  • Background in transportation, hospitality, or logistics industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE commercial contract practices and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
