ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to help expand our reach and strengthen client relationships. This role is about more than closing deals-it’s about building trust, representing our brand with integrity, and creating opportunities for Oaken Builders to continue delivering meaningful projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and motivated to grow with a company that values professionalism, accountability, and the use of their God given talents to make a positive impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and the community
  • Represent Oaken Builders at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with leadership and project managers to ensure alignment between sales commitments and project delivery
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and follow-ups to prospective clients
  • Support marketing efforts, contributing ideas to strengthen Oaken’s brand visibility
  • Track and report on sales activities, goals, and outcomes to ensure progress against targets
