Description

A small manufacturing business employing approximately 40 employees , industrial coating-powder painting company in Montreal-Ouest is searching for an Sales & Business Development Representative to conduct phone and electronic interactions with clients and to identify and build new business opportunities and relationships. They are responsible for offering an excellent customer service experience. The candidate should be self-motivated and have a strong attention to detail, ability to understand client needs, excellent communication skills. Our candidate is able to effectively communicate and sell to executives and all other levels of staff.
Salary Range including commission $60,000-$100,000

Responsibilities
  • Identify target industries, potential customers and generate leads
  • Limited travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers to evaluate needs or promote services
  • Conduct calls and electronic communication with customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Direct sales focus to achieve sales and goals by securing long-term customers and profitable business
  • Participate in bi-weekly remote sales meetings to report on initiatives, client services and sales and development progress
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through service and support
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
