JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or related role
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experiences in business development, sales, or related role within the CPA or financial services industry

PROMOTION CRITERIA

Promotion eligibility is determined by your review group and Managing Director at the beginning of each review year in preparation for that year’s goal setting

• Meeting or exceeding expectations of all key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
• A record of seeking, accepting, and performing assignments of progressively increasing difficulty and responsibility
• Successful completion of firm and personal development goals agreed upon with your Manager
• Personal development goals are derived from the Career Development Framework
