2. SALES EXECUTION & CLIENT ACQUISITION

  • Present and promote the company’s consultancy and project management services to potential clients.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close new business opportunities.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and negotiate terms to successfully secure contracts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the engineering consultancy or project management sector in the UAE.
  • Strong network with developers, consultants, and government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, RTA, DEWA).
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close contracts, ideally within the engineering/design/supervision domain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and proposal tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP, RICS, or similar certifications in project management or consultancy.
  • Experience with submissions to Dubai’s public and semi-government entities.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, building codes, and authority processes.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Supervisor to lead and expand our sales efforts within the project management and engineering consultancy sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will not only identify new opportunities and drive prequalification and tender submissions but will also play an active role in converting leads into contracts, meeting sales targets, and strengthening client relationships. This role requires strong technical understanding, a well-established network within the UAE construction industry, and a proven ability to close deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. MARKET DEVELOPMENT & LEAD GENERATION

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the residential, commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Proactively generate and manage a consistent pipeline of business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, project pipelines, and industry movements in Dubai.
