Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisor’s
• Work closely with New Home Advisor’s in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
• Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon’s display centres and office sales
• Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
• Provide a top class Home Demonstration to customers
• Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
• Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
• Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; and
• Liaise with customers for all sales queries
