We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our organisation as Sales Cadets based in the Wollongong/Illawarra region.
This entry-level opportunity is part of a structured two-year development program designed to equip you with the skills, experience, and support needed to thrive in a professional sales environment.
To be considered for this role successful candidates must be available to attend an in-person assessment centre held in Wollongong on Wednesday 24 September 2025.

Video Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited to take part in a video interview so we can learn more about you and what attracted you to this role.
Assessment Centre: Selected candidates will be invited to an assessment centre which will last for 2-3 hours on Wednesday 24 September. This will allow you to find out more about Heidelberg Materials Australia and our Sales Cadetship Program, meet some of our leaders and current team members and complete some individual and group assessments.
Psychometric Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment consisting of a general ability test and personality questionnaire.
Formal Interview: Successful candidates will be invited to complete an individual interview over Microsoft Teams.
Pre-employment Medical & Offer: Selected candidates to complete a pre-employment medical & subsequent offer to join our Sales Cadetship Program.
