Your role will empower sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles, supporting various sales-based positions across the UK. Core Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging learning and development programs tailored to sales roles (ISEs, BDMs, Branch Managers). Conduct diagnostics to identify sales skill gaps and create practical, behaviour-based learning experiences. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including roleplay and simulated sales conversations. Provide 1:1 or group coaching to embed learning into everyday selling behaviour. Develop blended learning programs combining e-learning, live workshops, and coaching. Create guides, playbooks, and microlearning tools for ongoing reinforcement. Track learning outcomes and behavioural adoption, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
