Role & Responsibilities You will be joining the business as a capability development leader, tasked with enhancing the sales division’s execution capabilities and accelerating appropriate use within healthcare facilities. You will design and cultivate skills directly linked to the sales model. You will strengthen KAM led consensus building, account planning, engagement with multidisciplinary stakeholders, omnichannel utilization, CRM operations and role playing through onsite coaching and systematic learning programmes, and achieving rapid operational readiness and standardizing execution quality. Capability Development Strategy and Curriculum Design Define a competency framework linked to the dual model (account opening × penetration) and design and update the learning journey. Develop content (lectures, e-learning, exercises, role-plays) and establish quality standards. Field Coaching & Certification Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) coaching, as well as role-plays and debriefings before and after field visits, to ensure behavioral changes take root. Evaluate KAM consensus-building and account plan quality, and plan and operate a certification system. Strengthening Multidisciplinary Alignment and Consensus-Building Skills Provide guidance on creating and updating decision-maker maps and decision-making pathways to enhance practical consensus-building skills. Provide training on facilitation techniques for updating SOPs, workflows, and protocols within medical facilities. Support for Omnichannel & CRM Implementation Standardize the planning, execution, documentation, and review of remote detailing, digital material utilization, and Veeva/CRM. Support the adoption of data-driven, precise targeting and the habit of conducting KPI reviews. Effect Measurement and Continuous Improvement Measure training effectiveness before and after sessions, and visualize correlations with "adoption" KPIs. Continuously improve curriculum and coaching design based on data. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree Master’s degree or higher; degrees in education, business administration, or human resources development are preferred MR Certification Standard driver's license Instructional design or coaching certifications preferred 5+ years of experience in sales training, competency development, or KAM coaching Experience in implementing KAM/sales capabilities within the healthcare industry is an advantage Pebble Management experience preferred Practical support experience in university hospitals and major hospitals Learning/Instructional Design experience Experience in Facilitation / Coaching / Constructive Feedback Consensus Building with Diverse Healthcare Professionals Demonstrable track record in Account Planning, Review Implementation and Improvement Ability to drive cross-functional integration Data literacy (KPI design, analysis, and insight extraction) Design and Implementation of Omnichannel Strategies Diversity and Inclusion Building an inclusive environment where people can thrive, grow and achieve their full potential is a priority.
