REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven track record in B2B and channel sales.
  • Experience recruiting and enabling partners.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance-heavy tech sales (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2).
  • Minimum 2+ years experience managing sales professionals in a B2B SaaS, UCaaS, or telecom/VoIP environment.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, mentor junior/mid-level sellers, and hold teams accountable to process and results.
Responsibilities

PURPOSE

This role drives sales growth across direct B2B, agent/referral partners, and reseller channels. You will recruit and enable partners, close strategic deals, and help resellers win more business. You’ll lead partner recruitment, deal strategy, co-marketing, and sales enablement along with a small sales team to move revenue forward.
