CIVIL ENGINEER FOR FIT-OUT & RENOVATION

If you are an experienced Civil Engineer for Fit-out and Renovation with a passion for renovation projects and you meet our requirements, we want to hear from you.

• Experienced and qualified Project Manager with 2-5 years of Dubai experience in Residential and Commercial Fit-out projects with proven knowledge of handling civil, MEP, finishing, snagging & handover projects.
• Must have excellent communication skills between the various parties involved in the projects, such as Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors and be capable of handling technical as well as commercial aspects of the project.
• Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Reviewing the project in depth to determine all the milestones are planned and executed according to the works program.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Supervise the work of Staff & labourers, etc. and guide them when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience working on Fit-Out projects in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

  Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Fit-Out/Renovation: 10 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
• G+1 Dubai Municipality Certification (Preferred)

• Understand the importance of potential leads.
• Professional and accurate communication with all the clients.
• Conduct inspections of renovation projects to understand clients requirements and expectations.
• Prepare BOQ and project quotations.
• Meeting the clients to explain the quotations/project to close the business.
• Prepare a proper schedule to facilitate efficient project management.
• Oversee and manage a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to provide technical input and expertise during project planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
